To be honest I find people get so bogged down in arguing what genre a band belongs to they forget what it's all about and that's the music itself! Metalcore may not be everyone's taste but you can see where some of the influences come from and it is in my opinion a valid sub-genre of metal. I also happen to love Glamour of the Kill.....haha

I love Glamour Of The Kill too! I know I like all the power metal stuff, but they are awesome.

Ace, I agree with everyone's posts, but why are people like "datz nut metalz" towards certain metal core bands?

People say Dats Not Metulz towards anything these days..Blame it on Metal Hammer Razz

aww I feel special now! *waves back* *hugs* affraid I just wanted to post that emoticon, it felt appropriate.

@angel of mercy: yeah the whole attititude of the 'datz not metal' thing annoys me or people hating on others for liking bands in a certain sub genre because I feel that in doing that it's just as bad as kids in school picking on others for liking rock and metal. Does that make any sense or am I spouting crap?

And YAY another Glamour of the Kill fan, I have some funny photos of me with the guys from the wed13 March of the Damned tour last year.

Can't stand Metal Hammer because of the facebook page constantly posting articles on NON metal bands.

Terrorizer ftw. They rarely follow trends unless it's a big band (that are seriously metal Razz) .

Both Enforcer and Powerwolf were amazing. Powerwolf were well worth missing Meshuggah for since I've seen'em enough times already. Totally metulz
